We deliver anywhere in Australia. On all shipments please allow a minimum of 24 hours from placing order to dispatch.
For Australian orders:
STANDARD SHIPPING IS FREE ON ALL AUSSIE ORDERS OVER $99
ORDERS UNDER $99 (AFTER DISCOUNTS APPLIED) PAY STANDARD POSTAGE: $8.95 and takes 3 - 5 business days from dispatch.
We ship our orders in compostable mailing bags, cardboard boxes or recycled and reused mailing packages.
We ship orders via SENDLE (a carbon neutral shipping service) and from time to time we use Australia Post to reach PO BOXES.
We will send an email to you with tracking details if Australia Post is the chosen carrier. This service is offered by Australia Post and allows you to track your parcel. You can check the status of your order anytime on the Australia Post website:
If you are not home to receive your parcel, Sendle and Australia Post will safe drop your parcel. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a safe and secure address.
Sometimes we are out of stock and need to replenish our wonderful natural and organic products. This might result in a delay in receiving your shipment, you will be informed if this is the case.
Note: Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. Due to our quick processing times, we cannot make changes to addresses after an order has been placed. All orders are shipped to the address as it appears on the invoice.
We do offer EXPRESS SHIPPING ($11.95) in AUSTRALIA POST TRACKING (PLASTIC BAGS) and your order will arrive in 1 - 2 BUSINESS DAYS. While we are looking forward to AUSTRALIA POST releasing their compostable satchels at this stage we need to offer this service to customers who need their orders URGENTLY.

What happens if I change my mind?
We appreciate feedback on all of our products. Unfortunately if the item has been opened we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
If you have changed your mind about your purchase and it is still unopened in a re-saleable condition with all hygiene seals intact we will happily offer you a refund or exchange for a return of the product. If you have any queries about selecting skincare products, please email us as this will make it much easier for you to be able to select products that are right for your skin type. We want you to be happy with every purchase you make at Econique.
What about if the product breaks, is faulty, or is not what I ordered?
We will provide a refund or exchange on any item that is faulty or not as described. Please make sure you email us within 7 days of receiving your order and take a pic of damaged goods, so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
