We pick and pack from our own fully stocked warehouse. Sometimes we are out of stock and need to replenish our wonderful natural and organic products - in which case we will let you know within 24 hours. 

Econique delivers anywhere in Australia. On all shipments please allow a minimum of 24 hours from placing order to dispatch. 

We ship our orders using compostable mailing bags made from corn starch. We want to stop single-use plastic and make an effort to help the global waste crisis. We also use cardboard boxes or recycled and reused mailing packages. Occasionally we send out your orders in AU POST EXPRESS SATCHELS.

ORDERS UNDER $140 (AFTER DISCOUNTS APPLIED) PAY STANDARD POSTAGE: $10 and takes 3 - 8 business days from dispatch.

We will send an email to you with tracking details if Australia Post is the chosen carrier.  This service is offered by Australia Post and allows you to track your parcel. You can check the status of your order anytime on the Australia Post website:

Econique will exchange on a case by case basis and reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the goods are not in 100% perfect condition with all hygiene seals intact.
